These work great. I almost didn't try them after reading the other reviews but I am glad I did. I had no problem putting them on my teeth but you have to follow directions carefully. They have a good minty-fresh taste. I could feel them "bubbling" on my teeth and that was a cool feeling - kind of like pop rocks candy. You can feel a slight residue left on your teeth after they dissolve but it was minor. A quick rinse or even a wipe with a Kleenex takes care of it. The ease and convenience work great for me - I will definitely buy these again. I could tell a difference in my teeth after the first use. Great product!!

These strips are great for my top teeth but not so good for the bottom teeth. They get stuck on my lip and fingers and start falling apart on contact with moisture. As a result, I have wasted several of them. I only use them on my top teeth now and once a day. They are gettting whiter but slowly. Other than that I think they are convenient and taste okay. You wouldn' t be able to use them while talking because they are pretty sticky.

I don't know why people are saying it's difficult to use. All you have to do is read the instructions and they are not long instructions either. I have been using these strips for a week and I already see results...also it's easy to use and if you have gum sensitivity as I do, just cut the strip down so that you are not folding so much excess onto your gums. Very easy and if you are patient, there is no need to brush the excess off. It really will dissolve away. I do one strip at night after brushing before bed and one in the morning after brushing. I like this product!
