How Do Day White ACP Work?

Day White ACP is a low sensitivity (because of Amorphous Calcium Phosphate) tooth whitener formulated exclusively for use in a patented dual barrel syringe.

The advanced dual barrel syringe features two chambers - one isolates a powerful and Hydrogen Peroxide formula which works by breaking down the discoloration on the surface of the teeth; the second chamber contains an activation gel with soothers, conditioners and desensitizers added to substantially reduce transient sensitivity.

The gel is administered through an auto-mixing nozzle into a thin bleaching tray that fits over your teeth. As the active ingredient in the gel, hydrogen peroxide, is broken down, oxygen enters the enamel and dentin and bleaches the stains and discoloration of the tooth for maximum tooth whitening results.

In only 30 minutes twice a day, one will generally achieve significant whitening results. (Up to 75% faster than conventional overnight take-home tooth whitening systems that may require up to eight hours of wear time.)

Day White ACP

What's the Difference Between Day White Excel-3 "Z" & Day White ACP?

The gel formulas are essentially the same, however, the Z formula has been replaced by the ACP formula which contains Amorphous Calcium Phosphate (ACP). ACP technology has been shown to be more effectively in reducing sensitivity and fade-back, while aiding in the prevention of cavities. (ACP was previously known as Z-CP)

What is Amorphous Calcium Phosphate (ACP)?

ACP (amorphous calcium phosphate) is a revolutionary formula that bonds with the tooth surface to rebuilds enamel and restores luster through the remineralization process. Whitening with ACP also means stronger teeth, reduced sensitivity and better whitening results with less fadeback to their original tooth color after six months.

Is There Sensitivity with Day White?

With Day White patented Amorphous Calcium Phosphate (ACP) formula, you'll get safe, fast and effective whitening with less sensitivity.

However if you are prone to high tooth or gum sensitivity, it is recommended that you use a sensitivity toothpaste, like (Sensodyne Toothpaste for Sensitive Teeth and Cavity Prevention) at least one week before you start whitening with Day White for maximum sensitivity relief.

Alternatively, you may also like to start with Nite White super-low sensitivity 10% Carbamide Peroxide instead of Day White ACP to help reduce the intensity and duration of transient dental hypersensitivity.

If no sensitivity occurs, you can move on later to Day White ACP.
